Join us for Courage Over Cocktails—the first public event in Seattle celebrating our new book, Courage Over Fear: Harness the Power of Agency to Lead in Uncertain Times, by authors Kristen Kavanaugh and Mike Randolph.

We’ll share the behind the scenes stories from our time leading DEI and Talent Management at Tesla, what inspired us to write the book and why courageous leadership in this moment in our nation’s history is imperative. 

Fear is driving decisions in boardrooms and on ballots, and leaders at every level are being called to step up. This night is a space to connect, reflect, and explore what it means to step up and lead with courage in our community.
